Hi all

I have a question to ask ... we are at our 77th day since our NOA1 and we are wondering when are we supposed to start working on the affidavit of support ? Do we wait for the NOA2 to arrive or we need some things done before that?

I would wait so that the I-134 and supporting evidence are as close to the interview date as possible.

You likely have at least three more months until your NOA2.

Best to prepare it just after NOA2, can start now, and then add newer stuff like more recent pay-stubs, and copy of 2010 IRS return.

Moving to Consulate/Embassy forum, I-134 Affidavit of support questions can be found in that forum...

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
