Must provide divorce papers with the I-129F, if someone is in the process of being divorced they are not legally able to marry. Wouldn't waste time sending stuff that will be rejected. Wait till the divorce is final and you have the papers.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

When the petition is mailed you both have to be legally able to marry. Some people make the mistake and send it in when their divorce is still pending and get denied. If you are referring to the non USC sign biographic data and letter of intent , now should be ok. Be sure that all prior marriages are totally terminated before the petition lands in the hands of USCIS

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
