Hope members could help me more to enlighten my confused mind.

So to start our application. We need fo file i-130, g-325A for both of us, g-1145 which is optional. Including our passport size photos, copy of our marriage certificate, my husband's passport and birth certificate copy, affidavit of two disintersted person.

Is there anything else?

Ours included:

· A cover letter asking for to file a petition for me

· A completed and signed I-130 form

· A check for the filing fee

· G-325A Biographic info (Petitioner)

· G-325A Biographic info (Beneficiary)

· Copy of US Birth Certificate to prove US Citizenship

· Copy of marriage certificate

· Copy of Military Spouse ID

· Copies of pictures of Petitioner & Beneficiary on different occasions

· Copy of joint lease from our Townhouse

· Copy of Plane tickets

My husband also put his initials on the bottom of all un-official documents

outside from all the formal documents we include anything that showed a on going relationship, picture,text,chats,reciepts from western union, cards, letters, etc etc.......but the forms really do help. good luck!
