Hello,

We have the GUZ already and have sent the DS-3032. I am wondering if i need to submit the i-864(electronic filing) if i submitted it with our I-130. Also, When my wife goes to the Guangzhou embassy should she have copies of all the evidence of relationship that i submitted with our I-130?

OK Guangzhou has a special electronic process for NVC, you will find details here: http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=37703'>http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=37703

After DS-3032 you will need to scan and send I-864 + financials to NVC, and then later scan and send foreign docs to NVC for processing. You need to have access to a scanner that scans to PDF (Fed-Ex office store can help with this)

Everything scanned to NVC should be carried into the consulate when interviewing.

You will want to do the electronic process, it will save you 2-3 months.

I-864 should have Past 3 years returns or tax transcripts attached, and perhaps a letter from employer, and copies pf paystubs.

I highly recommend http://candleforlove.com/ for learning all about the interview and process for Guangzhou..

EP for Guangzhou you say?

NVC EP - http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Electronic_Processing

DJ Walker - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/251451-uscis-nvc/

Basically, if you still wish to utilize EP, at this stage,

you MUST OPT IN .

Forget all you've done before, OPT IN, instead.

Then follow the first line in my post, all is revealed for 'steps'.

Good Luck !
