I have just been notified that my I130 petition was approved for my husband(We actually have not received the letter yet but i was notified via email). We live in Frankfurt, Germany and we are getting everything ready for the interview process. From the time that you send them the checklist agreeing that you have everything they require, how long does it take to get an interview?

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I had applied for the K-1 visa, and it only took a few days to get the notice and a few more days until the interview, you can see the exact dates at my timeline. I am assuming they have similar processing times for all kinds of visas...
