hi guys

i have another question so me and my fiance mailed out the package to texas lockbox so after they recieve it how long it would take for us to recieve a NOA1 ? and are we going to get a letter from them saying they recieved it in a week from reciving the package !? thanx

NVC Received : 2013-10-31

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2013-11-23

Pay I-864 Bill 2013-11-29

Receive I-864 Package : 2013-12-03

Return Completed I-864 : 2013-12-06

Return Completed DS-3032 : 2013-12-19

Receive IV Bill : 2013-12-25

Pay IV Bill : 2013-12-25

Receive Instruction Package : 2013-12-27

Case Completed at NVC : 2014-02-20

Usually NOA1 comes within 30 days of them receiving your package. This will have your receipt number. If your fiancee signed up for email/text alerts then they will send her a alert .Good luck on the wait for NOA2, 6 months is the average now :whistle:

Just noticed you mentioned "wife" in your other post and "fiancee" here----you should not mention "wife" at your interview!

4/30/2010-Received NOA's(Hardcopies) 11th day

5/3/2010-Received ASC appointment notice(mailed 4/29/2010)14th day

5/7/2010-Walk-in Biometrics done(2 weeks earlier)18th day

5/13/2010-Case transferred to CSC

6/2/2010- Case received/resumed at CSC

6/18,6/22,6/23 AOS touches

6/28/2010- EAD production and touch on AP

6/29/2010-AOS APPROVED

7/2/2010- 2nd update on EAD production and touched on AP....

7/6/2010- Received "Welcome Letter" and AP document

7/12/2010-Received GREEN CARD and EAD

You'll get your NOA1 in a matter of days. Allow 7-10 days from the email(in some cases it takes more, 30 days). After the package gets to TX it will be forwarded to your service center and they'll send you a text and email with your receipt number. You may also track your check online and see when it will be cashed by DHS. You'll know that the email is coming soon. Then wait for the NOA1 hard copy that has the official Notice of action date.
