The petitioner and the Green card holder BOTH have to file change of address if they both have moved. If the sponsor or petitioner has not moved they do not need to file change of address.

The green card holder is required by law to file a change of address within 10 days of moving, and is required to do so every time they move.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
