Hello everyone! Good day!

I will be having my Interview at the U.S Embassy Manila this coming Friday (Feb.18th)

I'm a little bit nervous though very excited, mixed emotions and everything (negatives and positives)

Anyway, here are the documents that I will bring during my Interview.

Please help me.... any suggestions, comments, advices or recommendations is Very Very Highly Appreciated.

* Appointment letter

* Beneficiary Birth Certificate (NSO Authenticated)

* Marriage Certicifate (NSO Authenticated)

* CENOMAR

* Certificate of Marriage ( Advisory on Marriages NSO Authenticated)

* NBI

* Police Clearance Certificate ( U.A.E )

* Affidavit of Support I-864 and I-134

* Husband Income Tax Return 2007, 2008, 2009

* Proof of Relation (Pictures, letters, Cards, Money Transfer Receipts, E-mails, Chat logs and Hubby's Telephone Bills (February 2010 and January 2011 phone bill only)

Additional docs.

* Husband Birth Certificate (photocopy only)

* Divorce Decree

* Husband Passport (photocopy only)

I also photocopy and bring some of my valid ID's and my School Transcript of Records just in case.

Another thing is My husband sent me his 1040 tax and his W2 for the year 2010 via E-mail (scan & print), and since it was not included on the package that we sent to the NVC last year ago I've decided not to show it during my interview, but I will bring it also just in case if they will ask about it ( Is it a wise move or not?? )

Please... Anybody who are through or done with the interview please give me any advice about my documents. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

and God bless...

2010 tax return won't be a problem,just bring it with you if they ask for it like you said, i didn't even have it during my interview and it went fine.

Try to remember the important "dates" e.g. when your relationship started, date of wedding etc. and one last thing just PRAY and RELAX, there's really nothing to worry about. Good luck and sleep good tonight. :)

Hmmn...i'm not sure if you have to bring his pay stubs too, but if there's no problem with his income, the pre-interviewer won't even bother to look at the pay stubs.

My wife will bring ALL the documents to her interview just for safety sake. We'll get an accordian file folder, tab the dividers and be ready for any question hopefully. I send her everything I do and she sends me everything she files. If not original , copies will do. Better safe than sorry as they say it can take up to or over a month to reschedule another interview. One never knows if something gets lost from the IV packet and they hit you up for it in the interview.

I'm guessing that the I 134 is for Fiance' paths and the 864 is for marriage paths......we're I-130/CR1-IR1 path and the 864 Affidavit of Support is all we were required. Someone please correct me if my guess is wrong.....

The OP is a CR-1 (immigrant).

She does not have to do the AOS after she arrives here in the US, therefore she need the I-864 not the I-134.
