yea She ahs no real plans, but I am forced to move since being Military. How should I contact though? Send an e mail over to Montreal IV dept?

The only way to contact Montreal is by email.

If you are being PCS, if you have proof, you MIGHT be able to get an expedite by providing the proof. Generally military only get expedite for being active duty and deploying to a combat zone.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thanks Inky, will send an e mail over to them asking to get it expidited, I am active duty, with my ETS (Seperation date) leaving Canada on 28 Jun at the latest, it might even be sooner, depending on other stuff. Got Hired for an Active Guard Reserve slot in NY. Which I will still be active duty, but for the NY Guard.

Try it, its worth a shot. Nothing bad can happen really from it.

Make sure to lable the email Urgent - Military expedite and then put your MTL case number on it. This is what we did and it seemed to catch their attention.

If they don't move her date up, is she still able to come down to the US for the 6 months? Her appt is in mid July for montreal. Another question, After the interview how long does it normally take to process from there for her to get the IV? The papers say after she gets the IV she has to come down to the states and file for adjustment.

She may enter as a tourist as long as the CBP admits her. Carrying strong ties to Canada and perhaps a copy of the Montreal letter with the interview date will help

It took 10 business days for me to get my visa after Montreal approved the visa

Good luck

Spousal visa does not apply for AOS. They get their green card a few weeks after entry. Depending on how long you were married she will get a 2yr or a 10yr. If she gets a 2yr then she will need to file ROC on the 2yr card 90days before it expires. If she gets the 10yr card, after 3 yrs she can apply for citizenship of the US if she wishes to.
