Hello VJ's, it is more than 5 months since we got our NOA1 so, my fiance called the VSC to follow up and the lady he was spoken checked our file and said that we will get the approval 4days from now so lets wait and see by MOnday is the 4th day.We are hoping and if not he will try to back again. :innocent:

Wow, thats strange for her to give a date like that (4 days??) but I hope its true so congrats in advance! :)

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

If it was the first person he spoke to who told him that it was a Tier 1 service rep. If that is the case she was giving him the current estimate for your petition. If you hit the 4 days and nothing happens he can call back the next day and file a service request :)

Hit our 6 months today since we sent our K1 package :crying: I called USCIS Jan.2011 and talked to HUMAN he said "no news, is good news" and to call back after 25 days to know the result, (twas yesterday Fed.15,2011) NOTHING HAPPENED!!! wanna call again today... :huh::(:unsure: VERMONT SERVICE CENTER how long will you process our petition? :bonk: supposed to be FIFO (First IN, First OUT)

August 16, 2010 - I-129F Sent

August 24, 2010 - NOA1 received (dated August 19, 2010)

This is BS. If it were true, then everyone from the beginning of August up to the 21st would be approved already. As we all know from Igors list, there is no consistency to what date they are approving. And those with NOA1 dates from the beginning of the month are still waiting.

OP, I hope you get your NOA2 soon. :thumbs: But if you don't get it by Monday, call them back. It will be interesting to hear what they have to say, when you quote their 4 day promise back to them.

6-19-13------VSC Received our package. Signed for by K. Fitzgerald

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

6-24-13------Check Cashed

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

My fiance talked to a Immigration Officer and filed for Service Request.. and that's after we hit 6 months! and if you still don't have your approval.. make a follow up email on the service request..A little more patience,you'll have your approval soon!:yes:

I just talked to a tier on the other day after we passed our 5 month mark and she said that since they are still processing august filers I could not make a service request and to call back in 30 days.

Once we get passed the NOA1 the rest is supposedly more predictable.

Good luck to us all.

1st TRIP to PI on June 14, 2009.

Spent a week at Bluewater Resort in Cebu - Ecellent time- Highly Recommended

2nd TRIP to PI on Oct 2009.

Started first attempt at annulment - scammed by bad Attorney Carillo (my opinion)

Spent time at Flushing Meadows - Not as advertized in Bahol

Spent time at Waterfront down town Cebu - To Expensive and To upper class for this country boy but we had fun.

3rd TRIP to PI to see my Baby Ko again in Dec 2009.

Spent time in Manila and then Iligan.

Jan 2010 - Discovered annulment papers were fraudelent.

Hired another attorney from Davo- thanks to this site. Dimples Dulay - Great, awesome, Highly Recommended

4th TRIP to PI In April 2010

Filed more papers for annulement - Progressing well

Have the next Trip planned for August 2010 - Fingers crossed

Annulment Complete - May 2010

K1 Process Changed - June 2010 - trying to find out what changed.

5th TRIP to PI in August 2010.

Filed packet with USCIS - August 2010.

NOA1 Received Sept 12, 2010

Touched - Oct 3, 2010

6th TRIP to PI again December 2010.

7th TRIP to PI again May 2011

RFE - April 1, 2011 - Proof of divorce from X wife

RFE Response mailed - April 4, 2011

RFE Acknowledged by USCIS - April 25, 2011 - RFE review status

NOA 2 - April 26, 2011

NVC - April 26 In, April 29 Fwd Manila.

8th Trip to PI to see my Mahal Ko - May 12

Physical - June 7

Interview - June 15 - Good Interview - on hold awaiting documentation - NBI married name.

July 26 - Visa Approved

- August 7 possible plane ticket

- August 13 Wedding Dallas Texas
