So, I am trying to copy the shortcuts presented/suggested from the forum. my question is, does the ds-3032 which can be sent through an email requires an actual signature of the beneficiary or is it ok to just print the beneficiary's name from the bottom sent to NVC? what was your experience, did it go through successfully if done without an actual signature and just print the beneficiary's name and contact info?pls kindly advise.thanks.

If you scan and send one yes.

However I have seen many have success with this email format: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

I called the NVC when we went through this and the lady that took my call said the beneficiary needed to sign it and then we could scan the document back. It is the only document that they would accept scanned. Everything else would need to be original. I emailed my husband a completed form (me being the choice of agent) and then he printed it out on his end, signed it, scanned it back to me and the NVC.

You can send ds-3032 through email without a signature on it ,i did that for my dad i used his email address and sent it to NVC"s email and everything went ok,they accepted it ,i copied an example from this link http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form that is how i did mine..

We did the above link too and had no problems...just make sure the NVC has both your e-mail addresses and have the beneficary send it from their e-mail account.

Thank you all for you input-appreciate it a lot!!:-)

Did you all included the bar code as indicated on top of the DS-3032 or you all left it blank? I'm in the process also. Thanks
