11 days since i have received my NOA2 and still no record in their automated system (NVC-case number) about it!

should i ask for operator next time i call?

I would start going to the automated system trying that

or it's still sitting on the desk of the location and not shipped yet,

just have to wait until it's in the NVC system before you can access it

but the online is the fastest

It took 4 days for ours to get assigned. I called and talked to an actual person at the NVC. I did try the automated system, but it was a couple days behind.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Remember to ask for your Individual invoice number also. This aids in paying your fees/gives access to the system. Best of luck!!

11/02/2010 Transferred to TSC
01/13/2011 NOA2 (approved in 5 months and 2 days since NOA1)
01/21/2011 Received hard copy of NOA2
USCIS journey completed in 155 days [165 days since priority date]

02/08/2011 TSC shipped approved petition to NVC

NVC journey (after 1 months and 5 days since approval)
02/17/2011 NVC case number assigned & invoice number given
02/18/2011 Emailed DS-3032
02/23/2011 Paid AOS
02/24/2011 DS-3032 accepted, received confirmation email.

33 days w/o NVC case number... so...

Hey TSC isnt slow they just didnt send your file, others were sent and they arrived

must a hold up who approved your case and they have it yet still, and it wasnt

process for shipping yet from TSC yet. So until they get it processed for NVC it

will sit there for who knows how long ?

Just expressing the facts. I wish you well but like Val & Gary and others still waiting

its TSC people who didnt follow up after they approved your case to get it to

NVC RIGHT AWAY. They are the one to blame really. If other are approved Garza, Carole, Ellis,

did approvals and these other have been approved and the case number at NVC means some

did their job and others didnt. If you said in the other threat to me WHY did Ron have

you send other doc, not from them being slow but because they cant find them ! !
