Hello!

On the DS-230 Form, Question # 33 'List below all educational institutions attended'.

Should we put ALL schools attended including primary and secondary (elementary/high school) or should we only put college and after secondary/high school?

Silly question....I know....thanks for the help though!!!

Also Ques #44 --'We're you assisted in completing this application'? I assume I need to put My name and address that I assisted my fiance in filling out this application? I am translating a lot of it and filling in all of the information.

In our case we only listed colleges.

As for #44 that only needs to be filled out bu a lawyer if you are using a lawyer to do your paperwork.

Just looked at the form. It says "(If answer is Yes, give name and address of person assisting you, indicating whether relative, friend, travel agent, attorney, or other)".

Travel agent?

Hey that could happen, for example the US consulate in Guangzhou is on the 5th floor of a building, the 4th floor has a bunch of travel agents, it's conceivable that one may offer to help filling out the form in cases where the beneficiary has a hard time with english.
