Some questions regarding Naturalization

I have three questions that require your help

1. I received a yellow paper stating "THIS IS NOT AN INTERVIEW NOTICE" on the notice it states that I should "bring all passports and travel documents (including expired and current) issued to you by any government" and also that I should bring tax information for the past three years using "Form 1722"

My questions are

1. Is this yellow notice normal?

2. My spouse has an old passport but it is not here with us in the U.S. I will try to obtain the old passport but what if I can not obtain the old passport?

3. My spouse will be interviewed in Boston, Does that office give you the oath ceremony that day? or do they make you come back another time? or do they give you a choice?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it's Common.

Yes, If you can bring it to the Interview will be better, Because maybe the Interviewer wants to see How many Trips did u take outside of the states during ur time. This if u mentioned u were outside the states for certain time (Sometimes they just want to look at it.. Like what happend to me) So if u dont have it make sure at least to take the New One.

3. My spouse will be interviewed in Boston, Does that office give you the oath ceremony that day? or do they make you come back another time? or do they give you a choice?

Sorry I cant help u with this question, I will wait for someone else to answer this question. Or wait for better answers.

Good Luck.
