Just use your apartment address as this is where your fiancee will be living. If you are going to live in your apartment for awhile then use your apartment address. I use my apartment address also as i am planning to live here for awhile. Fill in the language if your fiancee speaks Arabic other than English then you need to fill that in Arabic writing. Question 16 in I-129F application says IF your Fiance(es) native alphabet uses other than Roman letters, write his or her name and address abroad in the native alphabet. So if he/she speaks Arabic then fill in the blanks in Arabic Alphabet writing. If not then put in NO. PROOFREAD many times before you send the application. If you pay by check or money order need to write Pay to: US Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration Services. Do not leave any blank spaces or you will definitely get a big REF :)

They return my check payment part of the REF because i only wrote Homeland Security Citizen and Immigration Services. So i have to re-write another check again which i forgot to write the US Department :bonk:

Passport pictures need to write your name on the back and put in I-129F

I did this all as they returned everything to me and corrected what i needed done the only correction I have to do was i forgot to answer the line that says marital if he is divorce or married too tired from working that day and forgot to proofread the dang paperwork. Anyhow that is how i saw that my check was not appropriately fill in so I re-do and send everything to USCIS. Finally got my NOA1 application was forwarded to California.
