Does Nebraska Service Center process I130's?

oh nebraska is not? Even though our region goes to Nebraska!?

Neither of you have read all the way through the I-130 instructions. Nebraska hasn't processed I-130 petitions for years, many years. All the service centers are overloaded with the work they're doing. Based on the recent experience with CSC cases tranferred to Texas to "speed up processing" be thankful nobody has yet considered sending them to yet another service center where they don't know what to do with them.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
