Interview Letter Delay

Hi,

I guess I am just trying to find out what might be the reason(s) for my delay in getting the interview letter, I have got the yellow letter on Dec 10, 2010 and just waiting for the interview letter, I have called USCIS and according to them I am in que, are there any people have had/have same situation, how long do I need to wait before getting an infopass.

My wife's yellow letter was dated 12/8/10 and yesterday we received an e-mail telling us that the file had been transfered to the local office for testing and interview. The status on line also changed yesterday. We still do not have a interview letter, but are hopeful. I also called, 2 weeks ago, and got the "in the que" #######. I would say that based on our experience you should see something soon. Good luck.

Yep.....Your RFE online status is proberly the uscis is waiting on your Bio = Fingerprints to come back from the FBI ...Nothing to worry about.

Give it a little more time & i guess you will have your interveiw date soon.
