Question on G-325A

Hello everyone,

My question has to do with the employment for last 5 years section of the G-325A. What if my fiancee has not been employed for the last 5 years (she attended college from 2005-2009) and then worked for 6 months and now is not working. Would I use her time as a student and put "none" on the employer name/address field and "student" in the occupation field? How about for not working, do I put "none" for employer name/address and then "unemployed" for occupation?

I would file for unemployed. For occupation you could put "student", Employer could put "school name".

just put none if she didnt work yet or even she worked just for six months, just like me i put none all the working experience questions even i work in a short period of time, so that no question at all about working experience when she had interview by the consul, just answer none.

Never lie on an immigration form or to an immigration official. Student is a fine occupation. Short term employment is "employment" not "none".

For example, a 27 year old Filipina who indicates she's never worked, might need to convince a Consular officer she hasn't been a prostitute. Just tell the truth.

pushbrk is right!in my case,i worked for only 6months also but still i put there i worked for 6months,the more u think it will be easier to put none in occupational experience the more u will have problem in future(possible) or not(your lucky if teh embassy wouldn't look for that),just be honest.All submitted documents must true for your safety
