I just wonder if some K1 fillers from 5,6,7, 2010 are now still hang here without hearing anything from uscis?

Did you call Uscis? Find out what's going on and if you get nothing, try your local congressman. It worked for me. I'm a may 2010 filer and my petition was approved nov 2010.

As far as we know, everybody from May and June were approved. Not all filled in their timelines, but we have to assume that some people won't bother but just take the NOA2 and run.

As for July, there are some still open and waiting.

Are you from one of those months? If so, don't sit on your hands and wait. Contact your Congress Member. Many here who are that late have done so with good results.

on my 6th month and USCIS told me to call on Feb. 7. Let see how it goes. Just hope they have good news for me, if not, more waiting for me.!

Oh well,!!! life teaches us to have good attitude :)

I don't think I should be telling them how to do their job. I just wait until I get it. Sooner or later I will get it.
