Hi Guys

My boyfriend and I applied for the k1 visa using a lawyer I found from this site. It was extremely helpfull.

The k1 visa has been approved in the united states, so all I have to do is attend my interview in south africa

with all the required documents. Does this mean my visa has been approved ?

Also in the police clearence certificate, If you have commited a crime and not served any time over 10 years ago

does that meant your application will be dissaproved ?

My fingers are crossed and hope my interview will be on the 20 March 2011

We have aited so long, and cant wait to start our life together....

Regards

Siona

No, your visa is not approved until you pass the interview at the embassy and get the visa in your passport.

You applied for a PETITION not a visa. Your Visa application is at the Embassy which you file and you go to the interview for.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13
