Hi,

I sent the package of I-130, I-485 and I-131 and have a NOA date of 1/18/2011. My receipt numbers are MSC**********. When I check my case status on uscis.gov it says (and has said each day I try):

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

Is this normal that my case doesn't figure on the website? I received text messages and email of the NOA, and my biometric letter.

Any advice welcome! Thanks

I am also experiencing the same situation, but I don't think we are alone. Apparently, USCIS is preparing to launch an improved site which will include refinements to the case status feature. Here hoping we have access to our cases very soon! And, am I reading correctly?, did you already receive your biometric letter with date included?

Hi there,

Yes, our biometric letter was received about a week ago - it's just the USCIS case status that doesn't seem to update.
