02/01/11 - mailed I-129F with Delivery Confirmation through USPS

02/02/11 - I-129F delivered to TX

02/03/11 - received in USCIS and routed to the California Service Center for processing

02/09/11 - Form I-797 Sent to me!

02/14/11 - Received Form I-797

05/17/11 - Received NOA 2

06/01/11 - Received MNL Case Number

07/06/11 - Paid Visa Fee @ BPI Bank

07/07/11 - Medical EXAM

07/07/11 - Made Interview Date

Now that its just one service center, does that mean these will take longer then before?

Is it just one Service Center now? I thought they have California, Nebraska and Vermont it's just being sorted in Texas then they'll send it to these service centers depending on the workload of each.

I think yes, all K-1 goes to TX Service center first then they sort it out and send them to the either VSC or CSC, depending on the petitioner's location.They sent NOA1 notification through sms and email, still waitin for the snail mail. They gave a case number that you can use to track visa USCIS website.I believe you will get it this week =D

No you send your original I-129F petition, the take the check out deposit it, and the send it to your proper service center, either California, or Vermont. They also send you your first NOA1.

ah, i c, sounds like it delays the process having us send the paper work to tx, then they send it on to california. alot more shipping times and such. thanks for the info :)

so i just got off the phone with my baby and getting ready to sleep when i got a text message from the USCIS!!! its our NOA1 notification yay! Our case was also routed to Vermont Service center. To the rest of the Feb Filers, your NOA1's are on their way..... now on to practice the art of waiting! :)

Yah i got my email and txt message from them last night as well. so thats the NOA1? my case was routed to california service center. said they were doing a background check on me, that should be hella fast... im so excited :) btw congrats on getting your notification as well

Welcome!! the waiting begins. :dance: I've been reading some posts as I'm also wondering where our petition will be processed. It seems to me that it depends on the work loads of each service center.
