Yah i got my email and txt message from them last night as well. so thats the NOA1? my case was routed to california service center. said they were doing a background check on me, that should be hella fast... im so excited :) btw congrats on getting your notification as well

Did you guys try to login to USCIS and see if you can check your status there? Still no NOA1 for me  it seems that it's taking them a little bit delayed now compare to last month.

Wow that's very awesome, you're so blessed!!! :innocent: coz I think for some filers it doesn't work or it takes time for them to access the site, so I guess you will be leading the filing stuff hehehe :P so what's gonna happen after the NOA1? is there something that we should do aside from collecting all the evidences for the "crime love scene"

Barn & Cean, thanks for the welcome : ) I look forward to keeping in touch with you all as we wait.. and wait.. and wait.. and then get approved!

While Valentine's Day is just around the corner I hope everyone can take heart if you are away from your lovey that this will be the last one apart! Does anyone have any plans despite the distance? Or do anything to make the bittersweet "holiday" a little less bitter??

If there wasnt an 8 hour time difference we might have tried to have dinner and drinks together on skype, but...

Those USCIS folk should hire some weekend staff or something. Waiting is so hard.
