EAD FEES

Hello,

I am about to send in the AOS and the EAD. I see i have to send it to the service center cause it is a (A) (6) for new K-1.

Do I need to send in the bio fingerprint fee also or will the one I send in with the AOS count as both?

You need to include both the fingerprint fee and the application fee for the EAD in one combined check. I think it was $175 total when I sent out our package in September.

K-1 AOS applicants are actually changing from a © (9). All AOS and EAD applications initially get sent to the Chicago Lockbox, not the service center !!

yes I see that. I fee is like $180. I will send it off maybe friday.

if I have it post mark on her 90 day is she will be legal still. or in Status

Yes.. you apply as a c 9 and both get sent to the Chicago lockbox

Separate checks.

One for the AOS which includes the bio fee. $395 total.

One for the EAD $180.

Mail it all in one envelope though. To Chicago.
