Hi there,

I am just curious how the visa fees for the embassy are payed?

Is that described in paket 4?

Is it done the old-fashioned way by wiring it directly or did you go through the on the embassy website mentioned company Roskos & Meier  ?

I would really appreciate some advice! Thanks.

From what I read most require the fee paid at a bank indicated in packet 3 or 4, then bring the receipt with you to the interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

My husband went through Frankfurt for his K1. In your packet four you are going to receive this information. You will have to go to a bank and make the payment and they will stamp a specific receipt that you must bring to your interview with you! It is actually quite easy and convenient! :D Good Luck! Frankfurt is a great embassy!

Hi Chippu & Chippi

I have read at the embassy website to go trough that company. But on the ausländerforum I mentioned to you before the girl described that they were surprised that she didnt just wire it. Who knows... I hope so too that someone will tell us. Tomorrow I will send my paket 3 back to the embassy and then we shall see...

Hey if you find out more stuff please post it. Since our processing dates are so close together I should have my interview only a few weeks after you will have yours.

Hi all,

I followed the instructions in Packet 4 and made the payment at a bank and got a receipt stamped. Now I read on the website that I should complete that online payment procedure. Can anyone confirm that the other way still works?
