i have not sent my I-751 yet

hello everyone... my resident card expires next month march 6, and i havent send my i-751, would be that a problem? also the affidavits have to be notarize or not? i read somewhere it does not have to be notarize.. im planning on sending the papers this week.

i just went to notarize the letters, we use a friend and my father in-law, and my father in-law day of birth was wrong, so we have to do it again, i just notarized one. we have the banks accounts letters, our taxes, i made copies of our Drivers L. (it shows the same address) we have credit cards together, what else should i sent in the papers?

Copy front and back of the green card.

Evedence span from the last 2 years of marriage - phone bills in both names, rent payments in both names, utility payments in both names etc etc.

There is nothing specific that says you must file it ASAP when the 90 day window opens. My husband and I filed his I-751 five weeks before his 2-year greencard was to expire, and everything worked out just fine (approval and 10 year greencard arrived in timely manner).

So the OP still has time, all be it only about 5 weeks :)
