HELP!!!

Okkkkk so after asking myself for weeks "where the hell is my Green Card" i got a letter from UCIS …..

IM MISSING FORMS …. alright alright SO i forgot my CIVIL surgeon , Form I-693 … No problem i went and got that done Today (2h drive Grrr) but i do understand it was my fault ( only because i really had in mind i could get away with the exam i did in canada before coming in because i had included a copy of my DS-3025 with my AOS)

Soooo…… in the letter its also requesting forms …..

"A Review of all applicant's USCIS records fail to reveal Forms DS-2053,DS-3024,DS-3025 or DS-3026, which are the Departments of states medical forms"

WHAT THE *********** ……………. From what im understanding pretty much they lost my Brown Envelope ????? (the one i gave to the Office at the Airport?)

ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! im sooooooo lost and confused !!!!!!!

This is not an uncommon scenario. Sometimes they actually DO have those documents, but for whatever reason they weren't included in the immigrant's file. Some people have had some success by making an InfoPass appointment, insisting on getting an IO to come to the counter, and then throwing a tantrum. Others have had success contacting their senator or congressman. Most people take the path of least resistance and just get a civil surgeon to do another medical, and fill out the entire I-693.
