It's Like Lightning.....

Wow! The attorney got an email today stating that she is listed as our Choice of Agent, our case number, and that our fees are ready to be paid.....I'm in shock! And so excited!! She said it is moving unbelievably, lightning fast.....

I have a question....does anyone know how soon after you file that a tax transcript will be available? I would like to include my wages from last year with my W-2's, etc... I have been at the same job for over five years and make about twice the required amount under the poverty guidelines, but last year my hours were cut in half. I still made over the amount between my wages and a small pension fund I have from a divorce, and well over it after adding unemployment that I received. But I still would like to show my full-time wages for 2010 so they know that the cut back in salary was only temporary, as every other year at this position I've been full-time.

So I'm wondering if anyone might know the answer to that question...

One more question....I would like to plan a trip there, after the paperwork and before the interview, but I have no idea when to do that, and the prices for flights keep going up everyday....can anyone give me an approximate time that would be safe (if all goes well at NVC) to go, when we would be done with documents here, but before and not after his interview?

Thank you so much....my adrenaline is running!!!! A few weeks ago I was wondering if we would ever get to this point and now it's moving like crazy :D

Ok, thank you, I will try that. :) If it's going to take a long time to get the transcript for 2010, then I will include transcripts for the years 2007, 2008. and 2009 which I already have, and my W-2's for 2010.

Really, I thought I needed to include both. Well for 2010 that's all I will have if I can't get the transcript until April. I'll call and see what I can find out. Thank you!

if you have tax transcripts you don't need w2 its all typed in with the transcripts from the irs,
