Did they mention anything about you being on AP? You could try emailing the embassy to ask which will probably take forever for them to get back to you. You can also call the DOS and ask them the status and you can also ask them specifically if you are on AP? Good luck

So did they not give you some kind of paper or slip or something? No explanation? MMMMM Seems like they have their suspicions and are investigating more. Have you tried to ring embassy and find out what happening, I know I would. Good luck

This is the first time I've heard them requesting the petitioner at the interview. Did you ask your fiance what kinds of questions they asked him? Maybe your stories don't match. There is a good chance they are suspicious of something. You should send them an email requesting a feedback. Lagos consulate usually reply emails withing 2 to 3 business days. Good luck

Yes @ the first interview...she gave me a list of contact sheet form, in which i filled in, nd gave it back to her. She then told me dat since my petitioner was around, her colleagues would like to speak to him. We both went for the the 2nd interview, but it was done seprately, Infact it was a Nigerian CO, dat interviewed us, asked us some very private questions, nd our answers mathched. The nigerian CO said they would get back to us, nd dat was it. Am seriously worried.

What you had is a mini stokes interview , used in cases where they suspect fraud. They may also be requesting a home visit especially if you live near Lagos.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
