Notarized documents and supplements

Ok, I have looked around the forums and guides, but I still have two questions.

1. For the initial petition I129-f packet, what needs a notarized signature?

2. Has anyone had any problems with not including a supplemental sheet for question 18? Are the few lines on the form ok, or should I do the extra sheet? I assume as someone said, they don't have time for a novel and we will explain in more detail at the interview.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Kelly

Timeline

1) Nothing, however some like to get Fiancee Letter of Intent notarized.

2) Question 18 is "Just The Facts" it does not need to be a lengthy biography, in my case was something like "met on an online chat room and exchanged email address (Date), decided to visit (Date), met in person (Date, Date)...

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
