Our Interview Experience: My husband and I arrived early around 6:30am the interview was scheduled for 7:30am. We sat under the tree with all the others, just waiting. The security guy came over and said something and everyone with dates rushed into the line. My husband went inside and i waited outside, pacing and worrying about the interview. Approximately around 9:30am I saw my husband through the fence and he motioned for me too come in. I checked in with security and was let inside. My husband still was waiting. finally he was called to the window to provide them with his paperwork. I walked up too the window with him. The gentleman said clearly i can see that your the young lady in the photos. My husband provided pictures, phone records, western union receipts, and cards. The gentleman ask did we have an updated police record, my husband advised we only have what was submitted by USCIS. He gathered all evidence and ask us to have a seat. twenty minutes later my husband was called for fingerprinting. Then he was called up for intewrview at window 6 or 7, I got up and went to window also. He ask to see my identification, and before he ask me too have a seat he made a comment about my husband being my fiance', and my husband smiled and said no she's my wife. My husband advised he was ask a few questions...How did we meet? How many times I visited? Where I live in the states? How many siblings do I have? Did I live alone or did someone live with me? Did i have children? ( i think that's all questions)He advised my husband that he was satisfied with our evidence, but he needed an updated police certificate so he returned our evidence and provided my husband with a yellow paper advising him to come back in two weeks with police report. We were both all smiles, it wasn't a No....so we have already went to Police Headquarters and requested police report. God has already placed his approval on our situation. I hope you guys get something out of our experience.
