After so much procastination.. I'm finally sending the documents tomorrow.. my Green card that expires in a month... yes I know is kind of late...

here is what I'm sending...

  • Check for I-751 Petition Fee and Biometrics Fee for the amount of $590.00
  • Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
  • Copy Green Card (back and front).
  • Copy of Electronic Submission of AR-11, Alien Change of Address
  • Copy of I-797C, Notice of Action of I-865, Sponsor Change of Address.
  • 2 sworn affidavits.

Documents showing both of our names.

  • Copies of Tax Returns/Tax Transcripts year 2008
  • Copies of Tax Returns/Tax Transcripts year 2009.
  • Copy of jointly Tax filed on 2010.
  • Copy of Mortgages statements from December 2010 to July/2009
  • Copies of letters from Mortgage Company
  • Copy of Home Owner Insurance year 2009.
  • Copy of Home Owner Insurance year 2010.
  • Copy of notices from Dallas County Tax office 2009
  • Copy of notices from Dallas County Tax office 2010.
  • Copy of Dallas District Appraisal Notice of Residential Appraisal Value for year 2010
  • Tax Statement from City of Garland, Texas for year 2009.
  • Copy of Checking account, First pages from Jan/2011 to Feb/2009 and two full statements.
  • Copies of Car Insurance from 2009 and 2010. .
  • Copy of Stewart Title Company letter.
  • Copies of Envelopes that friends and family has sent to us.
  • Copies of various documents such as Vet Bill, Magazines,Cellphone bill

Other Documents showing our current address:

  • Utilities bills on husband name
  • Utilities bills on my name
  • Copy of husband Driver license (front and back)
  • Copy of my Driver license (front and back).
  • Pictures of us, and with husband family

Now I'm wondering/freaking out thinking I'm missing something, or that is not going to be enough information.....I really hope we dont get a RFE...

10/06 - Met online.

01/03/07 - Met in Person and started dating.

12/11/07 - Got Engaged.

01/05/08 - Got Married!!!

06/24/08 - Applied for I-130, I-485 and I765.

06/30/08 - Notice of Action

07/19/08 - Biometrics Appointment

08/26/08 - Received EAD card

12/29/08 - Letter interview date received in mail

02/23/09 - Interview date!!!----- APPROVED!!!

03/06/09 - Welcome letter in the mail.

03/13/09 - Green Card received in the mail!!

Removing Conditions

01/25/11 - Applied for I-751.

01/27/11 - I-797C, N.O.A issued

01/31/11 - Check cashed

02/04/11 - Received N.O.A

03/14/11 - Biometric appointment issued

03/19/11 - Biometric letter received in the mail

03/28/11 - Biometric appointment date.

06/24/11-Approval of ROC

06/27/11-Approval letter received

07/01/11- Green Card Received

lol no worries, you'll be fine.. from what I see, you probably send in more evidence than some of us (also more than me) :)

N400 Timeline:

12/14/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/19/11 - Received by USCIS

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!
