So, great news, just received my NOA1!! Now I'm looking at other peoples timelines and see they know what their petition has been "touched"... How do I track this??

I've gone to the USCIS website and entered my reciept number, but it's saying my "case cannot be found at this time." Does it take a certain length of time before they put it in the computer?

Not much movement will happen for the next 5 months I'm afraid. Most likely your case will appear online in the next few days, although some never appear. It isn't all that reliable anyways. Our K-1 visa was approved in April 2010 and it still says Initial Review.....

Yes, the computer system used for inquiry is not up to date. May I suggest you join in the discussion on the following forum of January filers, as many posts will keep you up to date on what others in the January group are seeing. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/289651-january-2011-filers/

You should be able to see it soon. We received our NOA1 on Dec 07, 2010. I believe it was showing on the status check in under a week. It seems to be a 4 or 5 month wait with the Vermont Service Center. Best of luck
