hello every one.I recieve my RFI about Medical Examination(Form-I693)from USCIS.A USCIS asking my complete medical exam and complete my vacination.My question is i already done my medical exam and got a copy of my DS-3025 from ST. Lukesand i only got 2 vaccine coz some of the vaccine has a check it says not age appropriate,wonder they told me im incomplete...Should i need to get another physical examination before i go to my interview this january 27, 2011...My husband are upset because he said he already pay for my medical in the phils.. and now another examination and it cost $250 again.please anyone could help my case thanx and i really appreciate it much...

YES.. based on my experience i came here on a K1 visa 4 yrs. ago and had to go to a USCIS authorized surgeon to have another medical exam here even though my medical exam in St. Lukes was only 2 months old. I did not have an RFE coz i already had my medical here done before I went to my interview. The consul who interviewed me told me this medical thing is always the reason for RFE. and YEs another medical exam here means another expenses,,that's how it works.

I got the exact same RFE, as did many others. Sometime the Completed DS-3025 is accecpted, other time it is'nt.

Remember, you don't require the full medical you only need Part 1 Part 2 THE VACCINATION SECTION ONLY and part 5 of the i-693. Shop around the local civil surgeons, some are cheaper than others.

It sucks and it costs, but you should head for the civil surgeons office ASAP.

I agree with the above poster. It happened to me too and I think we only paid $60 for the exam. Look for a clinic arould your area that is approved by USCIS. Some clinics overcharge immigrants ranging from $60-$150. Good Luck!

This is great to know...I never got a DS3025 - sO I guess I will opt to have a civil surgeon fill out the vaccination part and their info as in req., in #5 and hope thats enough...I only had my medical done in Nov of 2010 in Canada.
