Hello Smart Vjers

after reading the polls and the guides this is the list i came up with.. before i file i just wanted to make sure i got everything and supporting documents is sufficient.

please let me know if i am missing any thing.. suggestions are very welcome

Section A – I-751 Form, Check, Copy of Green Card, Drivers Licenses, Lease Copy

Form I-751 – Petition to remove conditions on residence and the filing fee check

  • Copy of Form AR-11, Alien's Change of Address Card
  • Front and back copy of the green card.
  • Response Statement to Part 3 Question # 9 on Form I-751

  • Affidavit from Father
  • Lease Agreement of the new address signed by both
  • Old and Renewed Drivers Licenses of both of us indicating the same address and address change acknowledgement for Megha Desai from Motor Vehicle Services.
  • Official Change of Address Order Form filed with United States Postal Service.

Section B – Affidavits from friends, Marriage Certificate

  • Copy of Marriage Certificate
  • Affidavit of friends attesting to our relationship and marriage.

Section C – Beneficiary summary, Joint Health , Auto and Dental Insurance detail

  • Copy from fidelity detailing beneficiary for the (401K), Accidental death and disability and basic life insurance.
  • 401K Savings and Retirement account information
  • Joint Health insurance from Blue Cross and Blue shield of new Jersey – ID cards and activity since 2009.
  • Joint Auto insurance policy information from liberty mutual.
  • Joint Dental insurance from Aetna

Section D – Tax return, Joint Credit cards, Tax summary and bank statements

  • Federal copy of our 2009 joint federal tax return forms and supporting schedules
  • Joint American Express credit card copy
  • Annual expense summary for both of us for the year 2009 and 2010
  • American express credit card statements
  • Copy of the Capital One Visa credit cards for both of us
  • Copy of the Wachovia bank ATM cards for both of us
  • Copy of the tax statement for the tax year 2010, which we received for our money market, savings and bonus savings account at Wachovia Bank.
  • High performance Money Market account activity copy from Wachovia Bank.
  • Consolidated bank statements from Wachovia bank

Section E – Travel documentation

Vacation in Florida, Dec 2010

  • Airline reservation for Florida in Dec 2010
  • Copy of the hotel bill in Florida, USA
  • Copy of the admission tickets to universal studios, sea world and Kennedy space center
  • Bus trip taken from Boston to NYC in Dec 2010
  • Pictures from Florida, USA

Vacation in Netherlands, Aug 2010

  • Boarding passes for Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • High speed train reservation document from Amsterdam to Paris
  • Hotel Confirmation in Paris
  • Hotel Confirmation in Amsterdam
  • Shopping receipts from Paris – Perfumes purchased at Champs Elysees
  • Shopping receipts from Amsterdam – Diamond earring purchased from Mill Diamonds
  • Copy of the Visa obtained, passport stamps and pictures from Amsterdam and Paris

Pictures from Vacation in Prague, Czech Republic, and Quito, Ecuador.

Section F – Miscellaneous documents

· Copy of the receipt from Proflowers sent on birthday in 2009 and 2010

· Statement from Wells Fargo bank referencing information on Joint Safe deposit box

· Statement from Wachovia bank referencing information on Way 2 Save account.

Sept 10th 2007 - Sent N400 For Naturalization

Sept 15th 2007 - Meet Fiancee online

December 18th 2007 - Left for india to see fiancee

Jan 1st 2008 - Engaged!!!!!!

Jan 15th 2008 - Biometrics Fingerprinted

May 20th 2008 - Naturalized Citizen

May 30th 2008 - Sent I129 F

June 4th 2008 - NOA 1 Received

July 3rd 2008 - Touched

September 6th 2008 - Left for France.

September 23rd 2008 - NOA2 Received

September 27th 2008 - Will leave for Malaysia from paris.

September 28th 2008 - Will meet fiance after 261 days!!!!!!!!!!!!

October 18th 2008 - Will return back to the US after spending 3 weeks with fiancee.

Dec 28th 2008 - Fiancee Visa approved

Jan 1st 2009 - Fiancee landed on US Soil

Jan 6th 2009 - Married

Jan 30th 2009 - Filed for AOS

May 31st 2009 - AOS Approved

NOA1 - Received on June 4th 2008

Missing not really, if anything I'd lean towards oversharing but I don't think that is bad.. some people send a lot, and some send in a minimum amount of things. There are some things which I doubt you need, but I guess sending it in wouldn't hurt :)

N400 Timeline:

12/14/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/19/11 - Received by USCIS

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!

I believe you are correct. i am kinda oversharing. but the instructions are so vague so it makes me take a very conservative route. i highlighted every bit of important information for their review. i guess i am now ready to send this out on Jan 24th.
