blink.gif So far I've been able to understand all my operators and they sounded "American". I wonder if they outsource like other call centers?

She sounded like Chinese, or Korean to me. The operators who I spoke before sounded "American" - very clear. Indeed, you are very lucky.

Hi Saylin: I just got off of the phone. I asked for the Inovice Identfication Number. The operator said that they haven't sent the IIN yet. I should wait for the email. Well, I guess I just have to wait. Thank you Saylin for you help. I appreciate it.

I received the DS-3032, the Invoice Identification Number (IIN), and the AOS fee bill from the NVC via electronic mail this afternoon.

My cases are moving slowly, but surely. I have the NVC case numbers dated February 23, 2011. I just called the NVC for email addresses update into its system. One question though, where should I get this Invoice Identification Number (IIN)?

YESS I GOT AN EMAIL LAST NIGHT FOR BOTH MY PARENTS

On MARCH 08, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice."

WHAT NEXT TO DO DO I HAVE TO CALL THE NVC
