Timeline

Has anyone of you here have the same plight with my case? I received a notice on November 2010 that my IR-5 applications for my parents have been transferred from CSC to TSC to expedite the process. Any insights to share :help:

CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER

July 19, 2010: Sent I-130

August 17, 2010: Received Notice of Action 1

November 8, 2010: Case Transferred to Texas Service Center

TEXAS SERVICE CENTER

November 24, 2010: Case transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

November 30, 2010: Last Updated

February 9, 2011: Last Updated

February 10, 2011: Case transferred back to CSC for processing.

CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER

February 10, 2011: Case transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

February 10, 2011: CASE APPROVED

February 15, 2011: Received the hard copy of the USCIS Notice of Action 2

NATIONAL VISA CENTER

February 23, 2011: NVC entered both case numbers in its system. Auto update by phone.

February 24, 2011: Called NVC to update beneficiaries and petitioner's email addresses.

February 25, 2011: Received the DS-3032, the Invoice Identification Number (IIN), and the AOS fee bill from the NVC.

February 26, 2011: Emailed NVC to correct the current address of the principal applicant.

February 26, 2011: Paid the AOS Fee Bill. Status: IN PROCESS. Emailed the DS-3032.

Thanks for the insight. It seems like I'm not alone. At first, I was concerned. Hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel soon.

Now, the plot thickens. I received notices from the USCIS that my cases were transferred to California Service Center location for processing. Has anybody here have the same predicament as mine? First, my case was transferred to TSC from CSC. Then, now back to CSC. I don't understand. Please help!

You're not the only one! If you go to the CSC to TSC thread that was linked at the beginning here, you'll see that many other people in that thread got transferred as well.
