I have a friend here that sponsered and married a lady from Russia. They have been married for almost 5 years. They went through the process and got her green card a few years back. I think they have filed the application for the 10 year green card as well. My firend passed away last night and now Im not sure which way to point his wife. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Had they signed and mailed the condition removal papers before he died? If so, I don't see

any problem - just wait for her 10-year green card in the mail?

Yes. I believe they sent the papers back in May. I will ask her. Thanks for your reply.
