hi,

i need to get my RFE to CSC by tomorrow, and I just found out that USPS is closed because of holiday today. I tried Fedex and DHL, but they need a "real" address, not a PO BOX. Can anybody provide me with this address??? Please.....

This is the address for fedex....

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Attn: FBASI

427 S. LaSalle – 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60605-1098

Good luck

Kezzie

The CSC is in Laguna Niguel CA

Look on the USCIS pages for the real address for different kinds of actions. This is for deliveries from commercial entities.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

thanks all, I did use the address provided on the website. I am still panicking though, because when I got my RFE they also sent me a return envelope with the PO Box address on it. So I'm not sure if they are going to accept an RFE send to the alternative address..... I shouldn't have waited to the very last moment, but we were busy gathering all the necessary documents, which took much longer than expected.

i think i should somehow contact CSC and let them know that I used the alternative address for my RFE. OR maybe I'm just being crazy. But how to contat them? no phone or email address is listed :(

thanks for your help again

CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov -- CSC email address. Sometimes they email you back right away, sometimes it takes them a month...

I got an email update today that they received my RFE on time :) I'm so relieved, now I just hope they will approve me without an interview. What's even funnier, I also got an email update that they mailed the RFE in November.....Yesterday all it was showing when I checked my case status was that they received the case at CSC back in September.

So I guess there's one thing to learn from all of this - it is safe to use the above mentioned address for Fedex, even if they expect you to mail your stuff to their PO Box.
