Just listened in on another call between Rach and USCIS.. She asked for an update and the operator told her she didnt have access other than the case was pending.. Rach asked if she could be transferred to someone who did have access. She was told no but she could arrange an appointment at the local immigration office but by doing this it could delay our case!! The operator told Rach to wait for the result of the service request, Rach said but that'll be approx another 20 days and will just tell us to wait another 60 days and we've been waiting over 6 months.. The operator clearly didn't give a flying ****!!

They really don't give a **** as you said. In that case, hang up, call back, more than likely you will get a different operator and ask to speak to a higher up. Keep doing so until it happens.
