Okkk so we posted our package on the 3rd and although it wasnt signed for at the Dallas lockbox until 6am on the 6th, i kind of expected us to have the e notification on the same day?

Orrr does it get sent from the Dallas address to the Lewisville one?? and then the g1145 response is activated?

Please enlighten me, i just want to know its on its way to vsc/csc/tsc and then i can be content in my wait

We did not receive our E-notification until 4 days before the hard copy of NOA1 was mailed out. I believe you will not receive e-notification until your information is entered into their database...i.e., it is checked to make sure everything is signed and correct fee is attached. I sent mine two weeks ago and didn't pay for a post office tracking slip. Now I'm frustrated because I was thinking the G-1185 meant they would let me know when they got it, but apparently, it means something else.

Yes, it means they accepted it, assigned it to a service center and assigned a case number. Usually pretty fast though.
