guys i hope someone could enlighten me. I know that the filing location has changed, its in Dallas TX now, but when it comes to the cover letter, what address did you use? I saw a sample here in VJ and it shows that the service center location address should be used. is this true? what about in the fiancee letter of intent?

thanks

Hi there,

The address on cover letter and letters of intent to marry should be to the National Visa Center, where all immigrant petitions are sent to be processed once approved through USCIS Texas.

National Visa Center

Attn: CMR

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

Ref: http://www.***removed***....center-nvc.html

Unfortunately I only discovered this today. We have just sent our petition and I had the address for local USCIS office (Virginia for us) on the cover letter and letters of intent as it suggested on this website ... Grrr. I hope it doesn’t affect our petition. Does anyone know? Just have to hope and pray it doesn’t... I wish someone had posted this for me to see lol!

You POST the package to:

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS P.O. Box 660151 Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS Attn: I-129F 2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067

Thankfully this is clear as crystal on the instructions form.

Mo

Here's an idea...

Address your cover letter and your letter of intent to the U.S. Embassy where your beneficiary will interview.
