Jumping Ahead

I am a planner by nature and tend to think way ahead of where I am. I am getting ready to send off my I-129F, just waiting for my guy's passport photo.

However, I'm planning ahead to the next phases of the process and I have some questions about the I-134 evidence.

My job is seasonal, so I do not meet the 125% for the I-864 (just short of it... boo), so I will have a co-sponsor. My co-sponsor can provide tax transcripts, returns, pay stubs, and the employer letter. I can provide tax returns, transcripts, and pay stubs for myself, but I have a feeling the employer letter is going to be tricky. I work for the federal government and getting anything on an official letterhead is a near impossibility. How important is this letter? Has anyone made it through the interview without it?

Your insights are greatly appreciated. :)

Employer letter, pay stubs are optional, NOT a REQUIREMENT.

Moving to consulate forum, I-134 is needed at that stage, not when filing a petition.
