What was the exact wording on the RFE, and what kind of visa did your friend enter the US with? If it was a K1 then the results of the medical she had before the visa interview should have been in the brown envelope she gave to the CBP when she entered the US. Sometimes, for inexplicable reasons, the test results don't make to USCIS. If that's the case it should be pretty clear from a literal reading of the RFE, and she would need to get the medical performed again by a civil surgeon.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

She entered here with J1 like me. She said they wanted her to send her medical report again. Aparting from that, they didnt say anything else. Maybe they lost it because she said she put her medical report into a different folder last time. Anyways, she can't send out its copy, right?

If they sent you an RFE, I'd say that means that haven't seen anything and therefor will want the original, sealed form. Why not call the DR who did the exam and ask him for another sealed copy? I imagine they would so it for cheap, if not free. Save the time & headache and just get a new one.

Send a photocopy is useless, in my opinion.

I totally agreed with you. I told her about that and then she would have to contact her doctor again. I guess they will send her RFE again since she sent out its copy before I asked this question.

Anyways, thank you zooch76 and JimandPhuong for answering
