What does "SIF" mean?!?

Does it (SIF) mean case closed at NVC?!?

It means it is "almost" complete. Typically CC follows SIF within a few days.

Does it (SIF) mean case closed at NVC?!?

"SIF" means sign in failure at the online payment portal. Case closed "CC" comes after in a few days of posibly the same day. Hope this helps.
