searching around i found the following link:

in that discussion thread someone says that they were transferred to TSC on nov 2 and approved for noa2 on dec 13th.

unsure of her filing date though

That particular member was transferred to TSC on Nov 2, then again transferred onto another USCIS center on Nov 11 according to her timeline.

Apparently we also have few people on VJ who have got their approvals from TSC but their petitions never reach the NVC. And when one of them made several calls to both TSC and NVC, he got a reply back that the approval letter was sent in error and they need to do more processing on that petition. So approval from TSC is not a good news. Approval from TSC and received by NVC is what i am looking for.

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

NVC:

2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet
