about Crba Question

Hi too all members of Vj journey happy New Year to all..

I am worried about Crba... But anyway I already done to our first child Crba last year,Here's my story This early this Year my hubby told me to file for our 2nd child CRBA My only problem is we dont have photo's together yet for our 2nd baby, Because he well be back here again once my visa is approve and picking up us here..,, that is why our first child is approved his CRBA last year becuase my hubby was here so we have lots of photos together, then that time he was vacation here i got pregnant until i gave birth last oct. so my hubby he plan to pick up is here when everything is approved......coz this year we file my spousal visa also..

To all those wo had an experience and the same problem like me please share it to me or please Help me to anyone who is done like mine problem...HuhUHu..

because i really want to be with him and our two boys I miss him a lot!!

Hope you'll understand my english im not so fluent to say it , pasensyana, Just help me..

My daughter was 3months when we went to the embassy for the CRBA and passport interview. Her father had not seen her and did not have any pictures with her before the interview BUT he flew over and was present at the interview. Our application got approved without any hassles.

So, not having pictures should not be a problem if all your other evidence of paternity and paperwork is strong.Good luck

For the CRBA you don't need a lot of pics of him with the child. You just need to prove that you were together physically at the time of conception. If the USEM has doubts they'll request DNA. I assume your hubby can prove his trip to the Philippines when the second baby was conceived.

Yeah we have lots of prove that were together physically at the time of conception, our documents all originals and follow intruction and complete all documents..... the only problem is no photo's together when i gave birth for our 2nd baby.. coz my hubby he plan to coming back here to pick up us.. now i understand you bob 4 ana for your reponse thanks.. so i will submit soon my 2nd baby documents...
