Form i-485 expired?

I just noticed that form i-485 has expired as of 12/31/10 yet a new form is not available on the USCIS website. What should I do?

Hi, I just completed this form with my CPA yesterday and the form expiration date is October 31, 2011 (is this the new I-864 form you're asking about?) Here is the link in case you need it: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864.pdf and the instructions are here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864instr.pdf

This is the expiration date copied from the I-864 : OMB No. 1615-0075; Expires 10/31/2011

That is the most recent form on the uscis website. You can use it unless it states on the site that that edition cannot be used. However, you can even use previous editions. See this note on the website:

"Note on Expiration: USCIS continues to accept the 11/23/10 edition of Form I-485, despite the passing of the form's expiration date. An updated form with a new expiration date will be posted as soon as it becomes available."

This is the same form with expiration of 12/31/2010, So you're good!
