Hi guys. I am recently annulled, but haven't used my ex name in any of my documents including passport. I've always used my name when I was single. What name should my fiance put in #1 name and on #7 Other names used. At first I was thinking since am already annulled, I need to use my name as single. and put none on #7 since I didnt use his name..for those who have already filed, what did you use? We are about to file our K-1 and we are not sure about this one..thanks

Are you talking about 129F petition from your US citizen? If your marriage was annulled and you never changed your name legally then use your single name. Your single name is what to use and what is on all your legal documents yes? Like on drivers license, medical records and such.
