My fiance and I are in the process of putting together the AOS packet my questions is should we go to the civil surgeon before we send the AOS to have them transcribe the vaccines to the I693 doc or do we mail the vaccine sheet he got from abroad or wait for them to send us the biometrics appt date? I hope I am not confusing anyone with the question....

If there were no conditions on his medical report abroad (such as having to get some more vacacines or further tests) then you just need to send a copy of that report in with your AOS packet. There is no need to get a civil surgeon to translate onto the I693.

Some are getting it just incase (as some checkers of the forms do not know that people onthe K1 visa do not require the I693). I didnt and have now received my bio appointment (so I am assuming that there are no issues with what I sent in).

Unless the vaccination report is a DS-3025, and was PROPERLY filled out overseas, then you NEED to get vaccinations record, or the DS-3025 transferred to an I-693.

SHOP AROUND! Many Civil Surgeons try to rip you off for a full medical which is NOT required, only the vaccinations record needs to be done.

They can and do send an RFE for it or request it on your Interview appointment letter.

NO, the US Civil surgeon should sign off on the I-693 with what you have already done.

My wife got vaccinated in China shortly before coming over here, and never compleated the series, instead she got tested "Titer" tested for immunity when entering college for some classes.

The doctor signed off on the vaccinations even with series incomplete.

Also Hepatitis is not needed for immigrations for most people.

NO, the US Civil surgeon should sign off on the I-693 with what you have already done.
